Just as each island in Indonesia has their own language, each island also has their own specialty cuisine. In Bali, I ate so many dishes of sate (meat skewers), Nasi Goreng, Nasi Campur (rice platter), and my personal favorite, Babi Guling(spicy roast suckling pig).
Bali is also famous for fresh fruit, so I stocked up on smoothie bowls and fresh mangosteen every day.
