After 2 weeks of making my way south in Vietnam, I think it’s time for me to head to new territory. Vietnam was an adventure to say the least. Between the delectable, diverse food and the surprising excursions and experiences, Vietnam definitely surpassed any and all of my prior expectations. I’m not sure I can say I’ll miss the driving patterns (or lack thereof) but crossing the street certainly became a real-life version of the game, Crossy Road. Vietnam is a beautiful country with a rich culture. It was even more of a cultural immersion to be there during Lunar New Year and to witness the various local celebrations and customs in each city.
The people I met along the way, natives and fellow travelers, are my favorite part of the entire trip. And I’m excited to still meet more interesting people during the next leg of my trip.
Thailand, I’m coming for you next !
