About a year ago, I saw this bridge elevated by two massive hands featured in a travel video on Facebook. I saved the video because I thought it was one of the most interesting bridges, but I never gave it another thought after that. I never thought I would actually be able to travel to the actual bridge someday, but somehow I finally made it (after a spur of the moment decision in a cave to book a flight to a random city that wasn’t in my original itinerary).
Little did I know, Ba Na Hills / Sunworld, the mountaintop park that the Golden Bridge is part of, has the longest continuous cable car ride in the world, a winery, meditation garden, pagoda, amusement park, arcade, outdoor alpine slide ride, performing arts shows, a mini European village, and some of the best mountain views I’ve seen yet on this trip.
The 10 minute cable car ride alone would have made this day trip worth it, because we went through and over the clouds while the cable car played peaceful meditation music.
Now I can cross one more thing off my bucket list and it was even better than I had imagined one year ago as I was nonchalantly surfing the interwebs.
