The most surprising thing about Chiang Mai is that for a tiny little historic city center (2 km x 2km) with over 300 temples, there is a crazy amount of beautiful street art. I spent a few afternoons wandering down tiny alleys as I was finding temples, but instead I kept finding more hidden street art. These are a few of my favorites:
